After briefing with your guide, depart for the morning market to gather food supplies before heading to Khmu villages. Explore Khmu culture in Ban Prang, then hike to Ban Nam Khouy. Along the way, forage for edible vegetation and enjoy a picnic lunch cooked using jungle methods. Arrive at a Lahu minority village in the afternoon for sightseeing and cultural immersion. Note: No toilets available; bathing in small streams.

Trek from Ban Nam Khouy to the jungle campsite, foraging for vegetation and learning about herbs and animals along the way. Experience the untouched jungle of Nam Ha NPA, learning survival skills and about medicinal plants. Set up camp in the late afternoon.

Start the day with a jungle safari or a short trek before breakfast. Trek downhill to Nam Ha River, stopping for a Lao jungle picnic at midday. Continue through dense jungle to Ban Nalan for a homestay experience with the Khmu minority group. Enjoy leisure time, swimming in the river, and participating in a Baci ceremony before dinner.

After breakfast, choose between two trekking options. The first involves a hike uphill through the forest to Chalernsouk village, followed by a downhill trek to Luang Namtha. The second option follows the Nam Ha River to Ban Nalan Tai, passing through cultivated areas of the Khmu and Lanten minority groups. After lunch and village visits, hike up steep hills into the jungle before descending to Ban Nam Lue and returning to Luang Namtha in the afternoon.
