Itinerary:

Day 1: Nam Ha - Camp 1 (Jungle Camp). Approx. 4-5 hours daily

Meet at 9:00 am for a brief introduction with your group and guide at the office before heading to the morning market for food supplies via Tuk Tuk. Start trekking from Ban Nam Ha with a local guide familiar with the trail and wildlife. Trek through cultivated areas before entering the untouched jungle. Learn about medicinal plants, set up camp, and enjoy a delicious jungle meal. Spend the night stargazing by the campfire.
Day 2: Camp 1 - Camp 2 (Riverside Camp). Approx. 4-5 hours daily

Wake up to the sounds of wildlife before breakfast. Trek along the ridgeline, enjoying the cool forest shade until lunch. Descend to the streamside campsite, where you can swim and relax. Learn more about medicinal plants and traditional Khmu cuisine.
Day 3: Camp 2 - Nalan – Chalernsouk. Approx. 4-5 hours daily

Wake up to the symphony of mountain animals. After breakfast, cross the Nam Ha River and visit Ban Nalan, an ASEAN Standard award-winning village. Learn about Khmu culture and traditions before hiking uphill through the forest. Enjoy a traditional lunch enroute and conclude the journey with an easy downhill hike to Ban Chalernsouk, where a Tuk Tuk will take you back to Luang Namtha.
