Meet the group and guide at 9:00 am for a briefing before heading to the starting point via Tuk Tuk. Stop by the local market for food supplies. Trek through plantations before entering the dense jungle. Enjoy a picnic lunch en route while our guides share knowledge of medicinal plants and traditional hunting techniques. Settle into the campsite after trekking downhill through primary forest.

Awaken to the sounds of wildlife around the campsite. After breakfast, choose between two options: a shorter hike to Nalan village for a glimpse into Khmu lifestyle and culture, or a longer hike back to the first day’s trail for a deeper exploration of Nam Ha NPA. Enjoy activities and local hospitality upon arrival at the village homestay.

Spend the morning exploring the village and trying local beverages and traditional activities. Then, opt for either a shorter uphill hike with lunch in Nalan village, followed by a gentle descent to Chalernsouk village, or a longer hike along the Nam Ha River to Nahome village, encountering the unique culture of the Lanten minority group. Conclude the trek with a return to Luang Namtha by Tuk Tuk in the afternoon.
